This privacy policy explains how Steven Webb's Campaign Hub (operated by Cllr Steven Webb) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you volunteer to deliver leaflets in the Moresk and Trehaverne area.

What information we collect
When you register as a volunteer, we may collect:
- Your name and first name (used on the leaderboard)
- Your email address, username, and telephone number (optional)
- Your password, stored only as a secure one-way encrypted hash — we never store or see your actual password
- Your leaflet delivery preference (home address, or confirmation that you will collect leaflets from the organiser)
- Records of which delivery walks you have claimed and completed
How we use your information
We use your information solely to:
- Manage your volunteer account and approve access to the site
- Coordinate leaflet delivery rounds in Moresk and Trehaverne
- Know where to deliver leaflets to you, or that you will collect them
- Track which areas have been delivered and recognise volunteer contributions
- Send notifications to the campaign organiser when walks are claimed or completed
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except where required by law.
Cookies and sessions
This site uses essential cookies only. These are strictly necessary to keep you logged in and to protect forms against misuse. They identify you as a registered volunteer during your session. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or marketing cookies.
How we store and protect your data
Your information is stored securely on servers in the United Kingdom. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing and cannot be recovered in plain text. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
How long we keep your data
We keep your account information and delivery records for as long as you remain an active volunteer and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain campaign records. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

Data removal
If you would like your account and personal information removed from this site, simply email email@stevenwebb.com and we will delete your data as soon as practicable, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
