About this service
This website is operated by Cllr Steven Webb in connection with his work representing the Moresk and Trehaverne division in Truro, Cornwall. It is a volunteer coordination tool for Liberal Democrat leaflet delivery campaigns in the local area.
The purpose of this site is straightforward: to help organise leaflet delivery rounds by keeping track of which areas need delivering, which volunteers have taken on a walk, and when deliveries have been completed. It exists to make volunteering easier and to ensure leaflets reach residents efficiently.
Who may use this site
This site is intended for volunteers who have been invited or approved to take part in leaflet delivery for Cllr Steven Webb's local campaign. Access is by registration only. The campaign organiser reserves the right to approve or decline registrations at their discretion.
Your responsibilities as a volunteer
When you use this site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate registration details, including your name and leaflet delivery preferences
- Only claim delivery walks you intend to complete
- Mark walks as complete only once you have genuinely delivered the leaflets for that area
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others
- Use the site respectfully and only for its intended purpose
Leaflet collection and delivery
When you claim a walk, leaflets will be provided either by delivery to the home address you supply, or by collection from the address shown on the site. Please ensure your leaflet delivery preference is kept up to date under My details.
Accuracy of information
Delivery walk maps, door counts, and address lists are provided in good faith to assist volunteers. While every effort is made to keep information accurate, the organiser does not guarantee that all details are error-free. Volunteers should use their judgement when delivering and report any problems to the organiser.
Account suspension and removal
The organiser may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the site, provide false information, or behave in a way that is disruptive to the campaign or other volunteers. You may request removal of your account at any time by emailing email@stevenwebb.com.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided free of charge for volunteer coordination. Cllr Steven Webb and those assisting with the campaign are not liable for any loss, injury, or inconvenience arising from your use of the site or from undertaking leaflet delivery, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Volunteers participate at their own risk and should take appropriate care when walking delivery routes.
Intellectual property
Walk maps, campaign materials, and site content are provided for the purpose of leaflet delivery coordination only. They must not be copied, redistributed, or used for any other purpose without permission.
Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
